How To Cancel Your DSST TEST PREP Student Subscription

If you're looking to cancel your DSST student subscription, don't worry - it's a quick and easy process that can be done from your student dashboard.

Here's how.

Step 1: Log in to your account and select "My Account"

Simply log in to your DSST student account using your username and password. Select "My Account."

Once logged in, navigate to the Billing section of your dashboard.

Step 3: Click Cancel

Next, click on the Cancel button to cancel your subscription.

Step 4: Confirm you have no pending subscriptions

Finally, confirm that you have no pending subscriptions to ensure your account will not be charged once you cancel before your renewal date.

Even if you cancel your subscription before the renewal date, you can still access all your study resources until the renewal date.

Your subscription will be successfully canceled, and you'll avoid being charged for additional months.

Remember to follow up with your academic counselor and ensure your DSST transcripts have been transferred to your college within 90 days. If you need to, you can follow up with the transcript department at Prometric.
