Limitations of Use

Subscription Policy

On dssttestprep.com, there is a limit of one user per subscription for test prep subscriptions. Please contact us for more information about enterprise or institutional subscriptions.
Our monthly test prep subscription provides limited 30-day access to our digital test preparation for DSST exams.
Your subscription will not automatically renew.

Subscription Cancelation Policy

We provide two subscription options: class-by-class or an all-access pass on a monthly basis.

You can cancel anytime and access your study materials until your renewal date.

Students are responsible for canceling their subscriptions.

Cancellations can be completed by the student within their dashboard.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Student results will vary.

However, if you purchased our course and are dissatisfied with our product, don't hesitate to contact support@dssttestprep.com with your concerns, and we'll do everything we can to assist you.

Many factors affect whether students pass or not.

We are unable to control the following factors:

Time spent on test preparation
Motivation to prepare
Ability to implement strategies that are proven to work

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for unused months of any subscription type.

This includes monthly, quarterly, and biannually subscriptions. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for pro-rated or partial months of unused service.

Lastly, subscriptions are meant for individual users only and therefore we do not issue refunds for subscriptions that have more than one user. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

DSST exams are highly competitive, so achieving a 70% (or better) on our practice test puts you well above most test-takers.

While we can not guarantee that you will pass your exam, we are confident that our course is the best way to prepare, and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website is owned by or licensed to Dantes Test Prep LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users online use of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service, and may be terminated by Dantes Test Prep at any time.

User-Generated Content

You retain your intellectual property ownership rights over the content you submit to us for publication on our website. We will never claim ownership of your content, but we do require a license from you in order to use it.
